We go outside of india1948 for this special & feature a dish inspired by one of Scott's first memories of Indian food. This dish was prepared in his parents' home by a family friend from Tamil Nadu near the city of Chennai. Fragrant, colorful & packed full of flavor, we offer you this dish with love.
