Cabbage & Paneer Salad (contains peanuts) GF [option to sub paneer for chicken] $18

Creamy chunks of grilled paneer (or chicken, your choice) tossed with cabbage, peanuts, aromatic mint and currants.


Tuesday, December 31st - Fried Chicken - $26

Heritage Chicken (three pieces) - brined & marinated in yogurt masala then fried in ghee in a crispy chickpea batter, accompanied by Pondi salad, dwaffle, herb dipping sauce & house pickles.


Wednesday, January 1st - Dosa Dreams

Aviyal, a south Indian vegetable coconut stew was a mainstay for years and is back by popular demand. It’s a great way to kick off the new year. Alongside 3 small cabbage utthapums.


Thursday, January 2nd - Traveling Thursday

Sayel Chicken with Cabbage Pilaf GF $20

An old school chicken curry with a pilaf tossed with purple cabbage. When I featured Purple Cabbage Pilaf on my recipe column Houston Harvest a while ago, a woman wrote to say that she finally got her kids to eat cabbage!

I know how unusual it sounds to have cabbage top a pizza but believe me, it’s delicious! Especially since it has been pickled in a bit of olive oil and brine.
